Publisher No Response

For the publishers and their imprints listed on this page, we have sadly, not been able to either make contact with them as we have been unable to find any contact information, or they have not responded to our enquiries to them. Where we have not found up to date contact information, it is possible that the publisher is not longer operation or in business. 

We are therefore unable to process book requests from the publisher listed on this page and suggest that you may wish to make enquiries yourself. We suggest that you use SearchBox to look for publisher information, their details are listed further down this webpage.

It is encouraging that more and more publishers are now providing us with direct feeds, sometimes providing their back catalogue and ongoing newly published titles, and the situation on individual publishers is changing all of the time.

We try to keep these pages as up to date as we can as to our current relationship with a particular publisher.

We continue discussions with publishers and work closely with the Publishers Association to encourage more publishers to engage with RNIB Bookshare UK education collection and our publishers lists are updated regularly as new publishers come on board 

We've worked with a group of Higher Education Institution Libraries and are encouraging members to place the following paragraph at the end of request emails you send directly to publishers:

We support the use of RNIB Bookshare UK education collection. Please consider adding your publications to their platform. This would save everyone time and mean that print-disabled learners get access to the resources they need more quickly. Further information can be found on RNIB Bookshare's publisher guidance page.

Below is an alphabetical list of publishers, that we have contacted but have not heard back from, or whom we have no contact information. Please check this list if you are a customer, prior to any book request.

Top tip! Find the publisher (or imprint) you need quickly, by using keyboard shortcuts Control (CTRL) and F and then entering your seaaarch term to quickly search the page using a function in most internet browsers.
