How can I track my book requests?

For Primary Contacts and Teachers (staff)

When you use our online book request form your request is logged against your account allowing you to easily check its status and view any notes we’ve added.

• Go to "My homepage"
• Select "My support cases" from the menu
• You can view your "Open requests" and your "Closed requests"

For learners 

As your account details are anonymised we do not hold the data that enables the tracking of book requests through your account. If you're a student needing a book, ask your teacher, main contact, or librarian for help in requesting the title you need.
