Synopsis

The Bomb: A Partial History is a political history of the nuclear bomb and its proliferation from 1940 to the present day, staged as part of the ‘Tricycle Goes Nuclear’ season. Presented in two parts, FIRST BLAST: ‘Proliferation’ and SECOND BLAST: ‘Present Dangers’, ten leading playwrights tackle the nuclear weapons debate.
This collection also includes ANADYR’ by Elena Gremina (translated from the Russian by Sasha Dugdale), which received a reading as part of the festival at the Tricycle Theatre.
